At Motion-Core, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide reliable performance for all users.

Warranty Coverage

All Motion-Core controllers are covered by a 12-month (1 year) limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty components under normal use
• Hardware failures not caused by external factors

Warranty Process

If you experience an issue within the warranty period:

1. Contact us with:
   • Order number
   • Description of the issue
   • Photos or videos (if applicable)
2. Our team will assess the issue and provide troubleshooting steps.
3. If a fault is confirmed, we will:
   • Repair the unit, or
   • Replace defective parts, or
   • Provide a replacement unit (at our discretion)

Shipping

• Customers may be required to cover shipping costs to return the product
• Motion-Core will cover shipping costs for replacement parts or units (within reason)

Limitation of Liability

Motion-Core products are intended for DIY and simulation use.

We are not liable for:

• Damage to other equipment
• Personal injury
• Loss of use, data, or income

arising from the use or misuse of our products.
